Currency ratios edited by hand are not saved on exit. #469

Currency ratios edited by hand are not saved on exit. I've edited some currency 
ratios, closed program and reopened. They were overwritten by some other values.

Are they downloaded from somewhere or randomly generated? If downloaded then 
from what site and can it be turn off or changed?

In the Procurement folder: Settings.xml

Edit the ratios there.

Procurement 1.9.0 saves these values for me on exit into Settings.xml.

Hi,

Procurement moved to github over a year ago, and I have not been monitoring the 
google code issue tracker. 

Google is shutting down google code in 3 weeks time, as such I am disabling 
this issue tracker as I will not be able to reply after that date.
