Updated to 0.14.18 #47

@bkuhl i tried my best to update it based on the server-settings.example.json and did some env variable renaming

Because of the extensive changes, I think @zopanix should review this PR.

Any chance a version bump is going to land soon? 0.14.19 is the latest now, and it's been almost a month since the latest release here matched the version shipped on Steam. If there's something I can do to help I'd be happy to.
