Fix tests when running on `Products.GenericSetup >= 2.1.2`. #102

Requiring at least that version.

Tests are broken on Python 3 because of str/bytes, see https://github.com/zopefoundation/Products.PluggableAuthService/runs/2983393136?check_suite_focus=true

I am not sure if this is the right solution.
