Fix sort order of imports to match isort's rules. #80

Again just applied the changes isort suggests.

(Sorry I was not able to tweak the rules in a way so the current sort order matches the rules.)

The first run fixes first party and localfolder. The current package is never first party, it is always localfolder. I'll spend a little more time to convert as many imports as possible to relative imports now, there's a wild mixture of relative and absolute imports and that's seriously annoying.
