@tseaver, I think you're the RTD project owner, could you please take a look?

Hi @tseaver! If you have the opportunity to look at the readthedocs configuration for a few different projects that you're the sole owner of (persistent, zope.component, zope.security) and either update their webhooks so they can build again, or add another maintainer (I'm jamadden@gmail.com and would be happy to take care of the hooks) it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The webhook has been enabled and the docs are now up-to-date.
