Don't override the header if set. #12

Although the raised exception has a custom content type (e.g. a json response) zException adds another with "text/html"

I would suggest you to wait for the approval of some other guys more involved in Zope.

As first step I am getting CI working in #13, afterwards I'll have a look at the PR.
