Limited to 3.5+ due to bytes formatting.

Coverage is somewhat lacking and I know some of the xmlrpc stuff is broken on Python 3, but it's not yet covered by tests.

(Opening now to make sure travis and coveralls are good.)

coverage has hit 100%; I had to drop the custom BasicAuthTransport used in XMLRPC, but I think the functionality is equivalent.
