Fix docs build for Sphinx v8 #78

I have no idea what I'm doing. I based this on https://github.com/zopefoundation/zope.testing/pull/49 after looking at the configuration examples at https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/extensions/intersphinx.html

Fixes #76.
