Document SQLAlchemy sessions wrapping #39

This is something that must be super obvious for you, but now that I had to dig into our code base, I remember how cryptic this was at first. I wish I had a Pyramid example where sessions are nicely managed with transactions...

@mgedmin Do you think this PR is still small enough to be merged without signing a contributor agreement?

When I asked that question recently on another issue, one of the Plone foundation people responded that that the Plone policy is that all contributions require signing the agreement.
