While reading the README I noticed that the pyramid_tm link gives a 404 (apparently there is no longer a dev-version, only master/latest). While at it, I tested the other links and noticed that repoze.tm2 was out as well.
Also changed links from HTTP to HTTPS where available (and most would redirect anyway)
