Fix regression in git #93

Fix regression because of duplicate zopen_append_to_zoslib_env entries.

Also remove no longer necessary environment variables.

GIT_SHELL

Yep, GIT_SHELL and GIT_ROOT are not used in the source. I see GIT_MAN_PATH is used, so may want to consider that one in the future, but we set MANPATH
