getprogname should be ASCII aware #6

man-dbport has to run e2a on the result - it should be dynamic. I found this documentation on the implentation from 2016: https://lists.gnu.org/r/bug-gnulib/2016-10/msg00024.html

When this gets fixed, please add an issue in man-dbport so the patch can be updated.

note that the issue here is really that an include file was missing - e2a is not required if the right headers are included.
