Moved to 2.11.2 from 2.10.2, which eliminated one patch
Began work on (disabled) git build (requires gnulib patches to be accepted before it will work)
Removed unnecessary xmalloc.c patch now that using libpipeline that has reallocarray removed
Removed patches no longer necessary now that other tools have been improved
