invalid kill ? #24

just upgraded meta and then ran a zopen upgrade and got this image

the message about not upgrading without reinstall is ok but imho I'd rather not see anything if not upgrading

the kill seems like somethings wrong

With the merge of https://github.com/ZOSOpenTools/meta/pull/591 is this still an issue?
