Change name of "metaport" package to "zopen" #65

The "metaport" package has a name too similar to the "meta" repo, which serves a different purpose. Perhaps the this should be renamed to "zopen" since that's the main purpose of the repo.

The zopen code is actually held inside the meta repo - with the testing for it inside this (metaport) repo. It would probably make sense for zopen to sit within it's own repo these days [with the current infrastructure, that would be "zopenport"!], with meta being more for the project "stuff" like docs, website etc. Changes to the doc shouldn't necessarily require an update to zopen but that still happens. Might also make it easier to test.
