OpenSSH not able to handle ASCII encoded SSH keys #17

Using ssh-keygen as provided by the OpenSSH package produces ASCII encoded and tagged SSH keys. However, OpenSSH cannot read these keys. Attempting to use them produces a FOTS3426 error:

I have previously opened an internal ticket with the team that delivers OpenSSH to address this issue. They will hopefully fix it in a future release.
