error with join in sedport bootstrap #2

join: FSUM6261 read error on file "-": EDC5000I No error occurred.

appears to be because z/OS default 'join' does not support '-' adding this in from coreutils PR https://github.com/ZOSOpenTools/coreutilsport/pull/22

fixed when coreutils was added.
