New 'fixpatch' PR #19

At one point, I had all the first set of tests running clean by tagging the fifo files as ISO8859-1 after being created with mkfifo. Now, I can no longer get these tests to pass, even though coreutils has a mkfifo exposed that does this tagging and I've also just tried using the '/bin/mkfifo' and doing the tagging by hand. The issue is that the output is not getting written to the output file and then the 'diff' fails because there is no file.

If anyone wants to take a crack at this that has worked with FIFO files, please take a crack at this.
