Add MANIFEST.IN #11

Hi, I'm just adding the MANIFEST.in on your repository to bundle the LICENSE together with the source code ;)

My motivation for this PR is because I'm adding you package on Conda and they require to have the license file on the package link for the PR on Conda-forge
