Just like they are on modules.raku.org/.

For example: https://modules.raku.org/tag/FOOTBALL

Tags currently do not have their own page. Before tags can be clickable, there needs to be an endpoint for listing the archives that have a given tag. That can be fixed in the same patch so I will reuse this issue for that.
