I know (to the best of my knowledge) that you have not participated in any Raku or Perl conference (or at least, the ones I've gone) so you probably don't like either talking, or open CFPs, or anything else, but I still think that what you do is quite cool, either on the build systems side (of which we should know in Raku), or on the templating side (I really liked Template::Classic, I mentioned it in my book, did I tell you that?) Anyway, here's the deal: 20 or 40 minute slots, English (all our track is going to be in English), morning or afternoon CEST, whatever you prefer (although we'd rather have people in CEST in the morning so that we leave afternoon slots for people in other places).
