Maintenance work for compatibility with the OpenAI gym's latest version. Resolves issue(#12 ).

This PR includes:

[x] Updated Monitor imports.
[x] Made json objects serializable. (Python3 does not support serialization of float32/int64 objects).
[x] Removed deprecated Kernel.to_char_list/1 added Kernel.to_charlist/1 in lib/worker.ex.
[x] Updated README.md incorporating the changes.
