Adding support for ActiveAdmin v1.1.0.

Remove dependency on Bourbon.
Remove dependency on jQuery UI now that it is a vendored resource in ActiveAdmin.
Remove support of ActiveAdmin < 1.1.0 (on v1.1.0+ going forward)

Fixes #68 and #67.

I'll have time to work on it today. But I'm on the lookout for additional maintainers too.
