Lat/lon projections #18

I'm getting constantly questions regarding the issue #12 , caused by WGS 84 and similar un-projected raster datasets. Such data is unusable for much of raster based analyses (pixels are not of constant shape, or size). Will implement some kind of error warning...

The Create points routine now features a verification (0.6.2 version). Module will abort if non-projected data is used (or non-metric).
