nested "case" #13

Asterix structure and the "case" construct does not currently cover I004/120, subitem 2 original definition, as specified in commit: https://github.com/zoranbosnjak/asterix-specs/commit/ad9ba237eb9eb251fb5826a4be42317d11db9b67

Problems:

The "case" construct shall support nesting.
There are different structures (not only values) at each branch of the case (for example: group vs. table). To support this, a "case" must work at a different level.
A fix to this problem will change json structure.
