Problem with new revisions #119

Hi,

I'm encountering problems with new revisions of smartGwt. It seems that, 
starting from the revision 270, themes don't work properly.

In attach you find a standalone test case

That is the new Enterprise (gray) theme and looks normal. You can switch to the
previous default SilverWave by inheriting the appropriate module for the 
SilverWave
theme.
