getHeight or getWidth not returning what they are supposed to? #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setWidth100() or setHeight100()
2. Then getVisibleWidth() or getVisibleHeight(), or getInnerContentWidth /
Height, or getContentWidth / Height

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: current width or height of the canvas, in pixels. Instead, we get
either numbers 98 or 100, which are the percentage values.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SmartGWT 1.0 beta 1 on Linux
