9 years ago Done! It only works on active layers and tries to place it on the lowest active layer without a tile. If all active layers have a tile it does nothing.

A new tool that upon clicking lets you select a tile from the texture atlanti and then immediately applies it to either a selectable layer or the uppermost currently active layer (see #105)
