Add lootable axe to player house with according avent #140

Added lootable axe, still need to add the corresponding dialogue/thoughts.

On second thought, I'm not sure what the event could/should be. It's just a chest that contains an axe. Pretty self explanatory. Maybe once I write the intro but for now it's enough that the player has an axe at the beginning of the game so he always has a way to get money.
