Trackuino shield #5

The shield should just have a GPS and the transmitter. Advantages:

* It should be ligher, smaller and cheaper to build than the stand-alone 
trackuino board.
* Could be programmed from the Arduino IDE
* You can further extend the functionality by stacking more shields on it
