Add some hotkeys to List Manager #111

Add some hotkeys to List Manager:
- Ctrl + A : Select all list
- Delete : Remove the selected list(s)
- Ctrl + N : Add new list
- Ctrl + O : Open list

Also I think one or two buttons would be great for Enable/Diable all lists.
(The one button solution: when you click Enable all, the button text 
changes to Disable all.)

How about adding some hotkeys for peerblock general usage? Maybe a shortcut to
instantly disable/enable peerblock? Or a shortcut to allow HTTP for 15 minutes?
It might save time from having to open the program, see what's being blocked,
enable/disable, then closing again. Just a suggestion.
