Security Panel in the Secure Vault module won't open #211

Describe the bug When you click the security terminal in the Vault Module, it will log an error and not respond.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the lower floor of the Vault Module, using the Prison Start Option
  2. Click on the Security Panel
  3. See error

Expected behavior The Security Screen should open so the player can claim the station.
