CBM ducts don't allow player to go downwards #238

Describe the bug When you use the elevated air ducts in the CBM, you can only go upwards.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a CBM, go in the airlock chamber, pop the air duct access open and go inside
  2. Open the hatch to the CBM main room
  3. Try to go down.
  4. See error

Expected behavior You should be able to go down through the airduct.
