Battery Recharger in Steropes Eng Room instead of airlock chamber #258

Describe the solution you'd like We understand the reason why the battery recharger was placed in the zero g chamber outside the airlock, so the miner can exchange his drill battery without having to airlock inside.

But it is a pain to use the recharger with zero g, since the slot keeps moving around in the inventory (proximity loot). Also it is a pain to use when inside the ship, having to zero g to access it. So we decided (multiple people approved) to move the recharger to the Eng Room.

Describe alternatives you've considered Add a new recharger to the Eng Room.

The recharger was moved to the Eng Room for the moment, because it is easier to do so.

We can add an extra one, and make the original one go back to its place in another release.
