Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No.

Describe the solution you'd like A module that allows teleportation between two bases. Can only be found in T4 zones and has immense power usage/material cost.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

I am not sure i like this, it could make travelling not a requirement.

I can't think of any way you'd be able to abuse it to do anything more than carry an inventory full of items from one place to another quickly, which wouldn't necessarily be bad. As balance, you could make it use warp cells at 1.5x to 2x the rate that it would take to make a maneuver to the destination, so you can't just abuse it to do silly things. And you'd need one at both ends (only the sender would use fuel) so while it would prevent abuse, it would solve a lot of issues involving bases being too large, as you could simply have your base spread out across the planets. Essentially, it would be great all-around.
