Helmet Overlay borders optional #272

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The HUD gets stretch in ultra wide resolutions

Describe the solution you'd like Some people might want to have a clearer view of the game without the borders So, an option should be added to Disable it

The option to remove or keep the helmet borders has been disabled for 0.6 until i am able to fix the UI overlay issue, so the borders are permanently removed for now.
