Recharger flips close when there's a battery attached #298

Vanilla / HRP Vanilla.

Client Version 0.5.2

Describe the bug When you place a battery in the recharger, the attach points will flip close when you go away from the charger, ignoring the battery presence.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a battery recharger
  2. Add a battery
  3. Step away from the recharger
  4. See the attach points flipping to close position

Expected behavior Attach points should remain open while there is 1 or more battery's charging, also the charging indicator should remain active while there is batteries charging.
