CM Navigation panel ignores power use and radar component #3

Describe the bug When using the Navigation panel in the CM for scanning, the scanner ignores the Radar Component if installed, also ignores power consumption.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the CM top Deck, open the Navigation Panel.
  2. Click on the Radar Tab
  3. Start scanning.
  4. It will show "No Parts" for the Radar component, also no power information is given.

Expected behavior Power should be consumed and properly informed in the HUD, also the Radar Part should be listed and considered.

I've encountered this in the Arges recently as well. Both the one that spawns in the stranded miner start and ones spawned in with the sandbox F2 menu. No power usage, but I haven't checked if it cares about parts.
