Wasting Hacking tool hacking a door that is unlocked #317

Client Version 0.5.2

Describe the bug If you have a hacking tool in hand, it will just keep consuming regardless of the status of the door.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a secure door
  2. have a hacking tool in hand
  3. Keep clicking the hacking sloot
  4. It will consume the hacking regardless of locked or unlocked.

Expected behavior Hacking tool should only be consumed when needed.
