Not a problem, more a deficiency. The temperature information is irrelevant to the game right now, but the radar signature is key, to determine how exposed to detection the vessel you currently occupying is.
Describe the solution you'd like
As stated above the temperature information although important and correctly displayed in the Env. panel, is not useful right now, so for the moment the radar signature of the entire vessel is more critical to be displayed than the temperature, which can return to its place once its implemented.
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative is to place this information in the Env. panel in another way which is more complex, this is a quick and temporary fix and a way to test if this information is really helping or not, in which case can be reversed at any time.
