RA quest need to have its items reset, regardless of having been picked up before, in case of death. #340

Client Version 0.5.2

Describe the bug If you die or kill yourself during RA quest, the quest is reset, but not the required items to make progress. For instance the task to Pick up your Suit, will point to the sofa where the Suit should be, but unfortunately its not there, which makes the quest impossible to complete, making the player delete their character entirely and restarting.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the game with RA
  2. Make some progress in the quest.
  3. Suicide, by hitting Respawn button after pressing ESC to show the pause menu.
  4. Start the quest again
  5. It will point to the Suit, but there is no suit, this can happen with any other required item such as the Hacking tool, or the civ. nanite core.

Expected behavior The new player should be able to complete the quest, to have their Haven at their disposal, this is supposed to be a tutorial and a way into the game, it must work.

Additional context All quests share this issue, but the RA is the most important one, the other quests are easier to get around.
