Problem

Amount of data in world exponentially increase. It's not only about big data but about small and mid-size data chunks available everywhere in the web. Different data visualizations become a norm on a day to day conversation between people. However we usually have a report like visualizations, it means that consumer can't just continue data analysis or need some special knowledge and skills to do it. Things became worse when we need to prove that underlying data is reliable or discover an original data source

Statement

1. What if the user would able to share the result of analysis around the small data set in such way that other users would able to continue analysis on top of the same data set?

2. What if users would able collaboratively create references to public data sets and organize them in easy to find and explore way?

3. What if the user would able to create some sort of authority to prove that source data store is trusted?

4. What if users would able to reuse datasets and visualizations created by other users?
