Interactivity for adding custom servers not functional from Firefox

I am unable to add custom servers (e.g. "OpenID" "Custom OAuth2") when using the add-on application through Firefox, except by working around quirky behavior.

The section, in the administrative configuration page for the application, has five items each with a button on the right hand side showing a plus side.

All such buttons are functional only sporadically.

As a minimal condition for proper function, the first button, for "Custom OpenID Connect" must have been activated at least once since the page loaded, in order for the other buttons to have any operation.

I have not reproduced on other browsers.
