Tell the user that they can right-click on the map #27

Two options:

  1. Sidebar Above the upcoming Access Index list, it should say, "Right-click anywhere on the map to get your Access Index/Score"
  2. Info overlay (bubble that hovers on the map) Overlaid on the map would be a transparent bubble that says the same thing as Sidebar.

We've done item 1. Item 2 isn't that important.
