Upgrade Django version #24

When I go from README.md to https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.0/howto/deployment/checklist/, I see message:

"This document is for an insecure version of Django that is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a newer release! "

so, from my POV, project should be ported to Django 2.2

or, if it works without problems, maybe you should update documentation to mention, that it can run safely in 2.2 and update checklist link
