Right now Section 2.0 is Layer 0, 2.1 is Layer 1, and 2.2 is Layer 2... I'm wondering if it might be better to go with Section 2 as Layer 0, Section 3 as Layer 1, and Section 4 as Layer 2. The numbers no longer match the section numbers that way, but the layers get a better top-level treatment, which would be nice. It's not very important, but something that nags the back of my mind. Writing it out in hopes it will stop bugging me.
