CSS fix for ZB logo + SASS file updated #47

Hi Bhavani, please pull this locally and take a look. With this fix, the ZB logo seems to be working again. Let me know if any styles were missed so I can add them again. Thank you!

Just took a look and everything looks good! The sass file looks up-to date so that's great. Only thing is that the diversion tab line chart is still the old green color, so we need it to be updated. It can be fixed by changing the border color of the line in the DiversionChart index.js file.
