Table of Contents header included in TOC #5

The header "Chapter Contents" is included in the TOC at http://zotero-manual.github.io/zotero-manual/adding-items . I guess we could just use plain (or bold) text instead of a header.

(actually this is just a 2nd level header placed above the 1st level header and jekyll is apparently clever about that and doesn't include it in the ToC. It looks even nicer once I remove the bold).
