use renamed-styles.json #10

renamed-styles.json from the csl styles repository needs to be part of the style resolution process. Referenced after an initial miss, so requests using an outdated name get a result if only the new style is present, but keeps using the original style if for some reason it is still being kept for this installation (or a new style happens to conflict with the old name but is actually the desired style).
