Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm really stuck here. Could you provide an example on how to use the citations query string parameter? I can use the bibliography one without any problems but I can't figure out how to use the citation one. Even your sample data return an empty output.

Nevermind, I figured it out. You can close the issue. But could you add a comment to the README that citations do not support HTML export? It seems obvious to me now, but it would be helpful to people starting out using the server. Thanks anyway, it's an really cool thing!
